Rules and Regulations
1. General Rules
1.1. Each team must consist maximum of 3 members.
1.2. Only one robot is allowed per team.
1.3. Robots must be autonomous (if applicable) or remote controlled.
1.4. Participants must register before the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted and on spot
registration not acceptable.
1.5. Any modifications to the robot after the race starts are not allowed.
2. Robot Specifications
2.1. Maximum robot dimensions (Length 30cm, Breadth 30cm, Height 40cm).
2.2. Maximum weight: 3 kg.
2.3. The robot must be powered by batteries only (no combustion engines).
2.4. The robot must have a unique identifier or number for tracking.
2.5. The robot must not have sharp edges or weapons that can damage the track or competitors.
2.6. Robots must be constructed and programmed in a way that it is capable of moving in all directions.
2.7. Ready-made robots are not allowed to compete in the competition.
3. Track & Race Rules
3.1. The race will be held on a predefined track with obstacles and turns. The Racing track in the shape
of "U" has a maximum of 2 robot lanes consisting of a total length of maximum 40-50 Feet.
3.2. The track surface is un-evenness as well as with different hurdles are there on the race track trying
to slow down the robot. Predefined obstacles for the competition will include Switch Bridge, speed
breakers, marble pit, slippery path, rotating disc, curve ramp down, seesaw, etc.
3.3. The robot must follow the track without skipping checkpoints.
3.4. If a robot goes off-track, it must re-enter from the nearest checkpoint within 10 seconds.
3.6. The race is completed when the robot crosses the finish line.
4. Scoring & Winning Criteria
4.1. The fastest robot to complete the track wins. Top 2 winning teams are selected.
4.2. In case of a tie. a second round will be conducted.
4.3. Penalties:
Human intervention (except when stuck): +10 seconds added.
Damaging the track or opponent robots: Disqualified
5. Safety & Fair Play
5.1. All participants must follow safety guidelines.
5.2. No external interference (like Wi-Fi jamming) is allowed.
5.3. Judges' decisions are final and binding.
5.4. Any unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification.
